Shenzhen 3rd 3C Industry Intelligent Manufacturing Summit Forum and Shenzhen 9th Employee Technology Innovation Games Robot Automation Technology and Application Competition was held in Shenzhen Second Senior Technical School. This competition was jointly sponsored by Shenzhen Advanced Technology Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the Shenzhen General Association and organized by the Shenzhen Robotics Association. Shenzhen ioranges Automation provided technical support for this competition. The aim of the competition was to speed up the training and selection of highly skilled personnel for industrial robotics, and to train much-needed talents for industrial robotics manufacturers, systems integrators and application enterprises, to meet the growing demand for high-quality personnel in the field of manufacturing, and to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.

Ioranges Automation not only provided technical support, venue and equipment for this competition, but also relaunched the “ioranges Institute” school-enterprise cooperative project to unearth and train highly skilled personnel in the industrial field through various means, thereby contributing to the development of Shenzhen robotics industry. Prior to this, ioranges Automation had partnered with Guangdong Southern Vocational Training School (short for Southern IT Institute) and launched a project.

Against the background of “Made in China 2025”, China’s manufacturing industry is in urgent need of talents, and the number of professionals trained in schools is far less than demand. In response to the call of “Industry 4.0” and “Made in China 2015, ioranges Institute will continue to cooperate with universities and colleges in a friendly and profound way to build a learning organization and achieve the core objective of enhancing the enterprise strength and staff capabilities. In addition, ioranges Institute will also set up joint laboratories according to the different conditions of the colleges and universities and customize personnel training model to meet the different needs of schools, enterprises and society. With sincerity, ioranges Institute will be committed to achieving the aspirations of both sides and strive to achieve corporate social responsibility. This is not only about providing equipment, but also about unearthing and training high-skilled talents in the field of industry manufacture. At the same time, the school will selectively introduce projects from ioranges Automation. While promoting students’ independent thinking and team spirit, these projects require students to be held accountable for the results when at school and develop a sense of responsibility. In this way, a win-win situation between enterprises and schools can be realized: the adaptive cost of enterprises can be reduced and students can better adapt to work when they first step into the workplace.
